transfers in Cape Town and surrounding areas. Our transfer
and tour services are also provided along the Southern
Coast, Garden route and West Coast of the Western Cape.
For
any route or trip not on the rate chart please contact
us for a quotation.

Note:
The above rates apply to our standard operational hours 7 days a week with the Exclusion of PUBLIC
HOLIDAYS: From 06:00-22:00; thereafter a 15% surcharge is applicable up until 00:00. At midnight; 00:01-06:00 a surcharge
of R 100.00 applies on zone rate. Costs for additional passengers remain unchanged.
- Rates are presented in South African currency
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Standby charge is R 80.00 per hour per vehicle. The same charge applies if waiting time exceeds 1 hour after flight has
arrived. Charges are not applicable if as a result of flight delays.
- The full payment is applicable for "No Show" or cancellations made within 6 hours of scheduled flight.
- Rates are based on one way trips; one collection point and one drop off point. Additional pick up or drop off point will be charged at R60.00 per additional point.
- The management of P2P Shuttle & Tours reserves the right to change this rate if drop off points are out of range from normal routes.
- Minors under 12years will be charged at 50% of rate. Unaccompanied minors will be charged at full rate.
- If a luggage trailer is required, a charge of R130.00 for (6ft) or R200.00 for a ½ ton is applicable.
- Gate entrance or porter fees are to be paid by the client.
- P2P Shuttle and Tours reserve the right to sub contract tours/transfers if necessary.
