• Conditions of prices, places of interest and routes, availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  
• Time for departures and arrivals are approximates
  
• Foreign language guides are available on request.
  
• All tours are conducted by a registered tour guide, unless otherwise specified.
  
• Luggage and personal possessions are carried at your own risk.
  
• Cash payments are to be made in South African Rands unless alternative arrangement has been made.
  
• Full payment is to be made on the day before tour/transfer commences, unless otherwise arranged.
  
• All credit card payments are subject to 30% cancellation fee.
  
• All tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers
  
• All children 12years and older will be charged at full rate for all services. Minors under 12years will be charged at 50% of rate. Unaccompanied minors will be charged at full rate.
  
• If a passenger fails to join a tour/transfer, or joins it after departure, or leaves it prior to completion, no refund or rebate will be made.
  
• P2P Shuttle and Tours reserve the right to sub contract tours/transfers if necessary.
  
• Some tours are subject to availability and weather conditions
  
• Cancellation of any scheduled tour / transfer will result in a 20% fee if made within 24 hours.
  
• P2P Shuttle & Tours must be notified in writing by e-mail or fax within 24 hours to qualify for the cancellation. Tours / transfers may only be considered cancelled once you have received a written confirmation or an e-mail from our offices.
  
• No refunds will be given for a cancellation made after 24 hours of tour / transfer payment.
  
• A NO SHOW for any booked tour / transfer without prior cancellation will result in the client paying the full amount due. NO REFUNDS.
  
• P2P Shuttle & Tours and its staff are not responsible for booking or reserving accommodation for its passengers / clients unless requested and confirmed in writing.
  
• Drivers may not take bookings or recommend accommodation for clients. Any such queries must be referred to our offices. Please report drivers not obeying the rule.
  
• P2P Shuttle & Tours accepts no liability for any inconvenience caused resulting from traffic congestion / accidents or road works, flight delays or any other incidents beyond our control.
  
• For health reasons, no smoking or animals are allowed in the vehicle. Exceptions will be made for blind passengers with guide dogs.
  
• All clients paying in cash for tours/ transfers must request a cash invoice. Clients are to ensure that the correct monies are paid to the driver at their respective destinations if not paying by credit/debit card or EFT.
  
• P2P Shuttle & Tours, its servants and its agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his or her luggage or other personal property, whenever the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of P2P Shuttle & Tours its servants or agents or other person directly or indirectly in the employment or service of the P2P Shuttle & Tours or under any circumstances whatsoever.
  
• Ensure that your valuables and travel documents are kept safe at all times
  
• Every vehicle carries comprehensive insurance, in addition to an extensive passenger liability. All vehicles are fitted with satellite tracking.
  
• Rates are valid until 28 February 2010
